Man is charged with breaking and entering

BOARDMAN -- A 27-year-old Deer Path Drive man was charged with breaking and entering over the weekend after being found inside a nursing home.
A maintenance employee of Ron Joy Nursing Home, Ron Joy Place, called police Sunday morning when he found a window open on the building's west side and saw someone inside.
Police said the man inside appeared confused and didn't know how he had gotten there.
Identified as Thomas Sheridan Jr., 27, of Deer Path Drive, the man told police that had been at a wedding reception Saturday and remembered walking toward his home from a friend's house.
Sheridan's clothing was mud-covered, according to police reports. He was wearing pants, a shirt and tie and his socks were found in an office in the building. He didn't know where his shoes were, reports said.
Sheridan was released after posting bond.
