SHOOTING DEATH Police charge second person

YOUNGSTOWN -- Police charged a second man in the shooting death of a Trussit Street resident and expect to charge a third person shortly.
James Huff, 21, of Trussit Street, turned himself in to police at 4:10 p.m. Friday on felony charges of murder and aggravated burglary.
Huff is being held in the Mahoning County jail pending arraignment Monday in Youngstown Municipal Court.
Police say Huff was involved in the murder of his neighbor James Rowles, 66. Rowles' body was found early Wednesday. Police said Rowles was shot in the head and robbed of items from his home, which was then set afire.
Frederick Rice, 28, of Ferndale Avenue, was arrested in the murder Thursday on West Boardman Street.
He was arraigned Friday by Judge Robert Milich, who set bond at $1 million. A preliminary hearing for Rice is set for Friday.
Detective Sgt. Jose Morales said Rice and confidential informants led police to charge Huff. Police interviewed Huff on Thursday and asked him to surrender at the police station Friday, which he did, Morales said.
Rice and Huff named a third person involved in the shooting, but that person wasn't charged as of late Friday.
