Ann Stroble is engaged to wed Stephan Brandt



XCANFIELD -- Ann Stroble, 271 Talsman Drive, Unit 2, daughter of Calvin and Marilouise Stroble, 819 Brookfield Ave., Boardman, is announcing her engagement to Stephan Brandt, P.O. Box 52, Clark, Pa., son of Sam and Penny Brandt, 669 S. Third St., Sharpsville, Pa.
Invitations will be issued for the couple's 11 a.m. ceremony July 23 at St. Charles Church, Boardman, and for an early afternoon reception to follow at Alberini's in Niles.
Miss Stroble graduated from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in secondary education, and earned her master's in educational administration at Arizona State University, Tempe, Ariz., and her master's in community counseling at Youngstown State University. She is the director of family services for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Pittsburgh Inc., New Castle, Pa.
Mr. Brandt, who attended YSU and graduated as a master baker from the Alice Berufschule Culinary School in Giessen, Germany, is an executive chef at Whispering Oaks in Hermitage, Pa. He was a staff sergeant in the military.
