XMIDDLEPORT -- Married at 3:30 p.m. March 19 at Middleport Church of Christ were Michele Lee Hupp, daughter of Brian and Kimberly Hupp, 42198 Enterprise Drive, Pomeroy, formerly of Berlin Center, and William Mark Francis, son of William and Jo Ann Francis, 50890 Rice Run Road, Reedsville.
The Rev. Rob Barber officiated, and a reception followed at the church.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Rosedale, W.Va., and are living at 39860 Old Route 7, Reedsville.
The bride wore a sleeveless gown of ivory satin with wine trim and beading, and she completed her ensemble with her mother's veil.
Suzie Francis of Reedsville, sister of the groom, served as maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Tara Hupp of Longbottom, the bride's sister-in-law, and Jody North of Racine, her cousin. Their gowns were seafoam green. Michaela Hupp of Pomeroy, her sister, was flower girl.
The groom's father served as best man, and groomsmen were Andy Francis of Reedsville, his brother, and Derrick St. Clair of Middleport. Brice Hupp of Pomeroy, the bride's brother, was ring bearer, and ushers were Brian Jr. and Michael Hupp of Pomeroy, also her brothers.
The bride is a substitute teacher's aid for Carlton School in Syracuse. The groom, a graduate of Ohio University in Athens with a bachelor's degree in education, is a teacher at St. Mary High School in Pleasant County, W.Va.
