XMASURY -- St. Bernadette Church was the setting at noon March 19 as Danielle Marie Baker and Marcus Robert Orendi exchanged marriage vows in the presence of the Rev. John Lody.
Afterward a reception was held at the Brentford House in Hubbard for the daughter of Harry and Cheryl Baker, 2391 Custer-Orangeville Road, Burghill, and the son of Marcia Orendi, 2730 Teaberry Lane, Hermitage, Pa., and the late Robert Orendi.
An A-line gown of white satin was worn by the bride. It was fashioned with short sleeves, a V-neckline and back, and a detachable train, and was adorned with Alencon lace and pearl beading.
Attending her were Marla Myers of Clark, Pa., sister of the groom, as matron of honor and the bridesmaids, Aleta Fonagy of Masury and Machelle Orendi of Farrell, Pa., the groom's sister-in-law. They wore celadon-green dresses.
Doug Orendi of Farrell served as best man for his brother, and groomsmen were David Baker of Hubbard, the bride's brother, and Greg Myers of Clark, the groom's brother-in-law.
The bride, who works in accounts payable at B.J. Alan Fireworks Co. Inc., earned a bachelor's degree in information technology at Youngstown State University.
The groom works in maintenance at Jones Performance Products in West Middlesex, Pa.
They are living in Masury after returning from a honeymoon trip to Cancun, Mexico.
