Boardman students to present 'Nunsense'

BOARDMAN -- The Boardman High School's Drama Guild will perform Dan Goggin's musical "Nunsense" at the high school's Performing Arts Center.
"Nunsense" opens at 7:30 p.m. Friday and runs again at 7:30 p.m. April 30 and 2:30 p.m. May 1.
"Nunsense" is the story of a talent show staged by the five survivors at the Little Sisters of Hobeken nunnery, after the rest of the sisterhood have succumbed to botulism after eating vichyssoise prepared by Sister Julia, Child of God.
The musical is directed by David Mullane with vocal instruction by Errol Kehrberg and choreography by Jeannine Hodge. Other faculty members assisting in the production include Janet Scali, Glenn Sivak and Nick Opritza.
For the Saturday performance only, there will be a special dinner theater. This is a reservation-only event. Regular seating will still be available for this performance. Advanced seating may be purchased by calling (330) 758-1987, or tickets may be purchased at the door before the show.
