Mark Frankenburg and fianc & eacute;e plan October wedding

XRICHMOND, Va. -- Jeffrey and Susan White of Richmond are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Susan White, Richmond, to Mark Alan Frankenburg, also of Richmond, son of Jack and Ruth Frankenburg, 2657 Coblentz Drive, Poland.
The couple will exchange vows during a 7 p.m. ceremony Oct. 22 at the Virginia Crossings Resort with a reception at the resort to follow. Invitations will be issued.
Miss White is a graduate of The College of Charleston with a bachelor's degree in corporate communications. She is an assistant marketing manager for Carrier Corp.
Mr. Frankenburg graduated from Miami University in Oxford with a bachelor's degree in business. He is employed as an inventory analyst at Circuit City.
