Hartzell-Tharp engagement made known

XROME, Ohio -- Laura Ann Hartzell and Kevin Chris Tharp, both of 5563 state Route 46, are announcing their engagement and coming marriage.
The bride-elect is a daughter of William and Deborah Moorhouse, 618 Oak St., New Bedford, Pa.
The prospective groom is a son of Larry and Lorraine Tharp, San Antonio, Texas.
The couple will exchange vows during a 2 p.m. ceremony Oct. 15 at the St. James Meeting Place in Boardman Park, and an evening reception will be held at the Brentford House in Hubbard. Invitations will be issued for both events.
Miss Hartzell attended Slippery Rock University, and Mr. Tharp graduated from the New Castle School of Trades in Pulaski, Pa. They are employed at D & amp;K Supply Ashtabula.
