Point Park 10-8, Geneva 9-12 -- The Golden Tornadoes are 19-12-2, 5-9 AMC.
Thiel 21, Pitt-Greensburg 6 -- Keith Jackson of Salem had four hits including a pair of two-run homers for the Tomcats (14-15).
St. Vincent 20, Westminster 9 -- Freshman Colby Beeson (Neshannock) had two doubles and two RBIs for Westminster.
MEN'S GOLF
Grove City Invitational -- Westminster finished first and Grove City placed second.
WOMEN'S GOLF
Eckles Invitational -- Gannon was first and Malone took second.
SOFTBALL
Bethany 2-13, Wooster 1-4
Westminster 2-4, Hiram 1-2 -- Sophomore Jennifer Pancake (Boardman) won both games, throwing a one-hitter with six strikeouts in the first game and pitching one-hit ball over the last two innings of the second game. Pancake also had an RBI double. Senior Heidi Kimmel (Poland) hit a game-winning RBI double in the opener to score freshman Maria Joseph (New Castle).
