Doran-Kolat is named member of year



BOARDMAN -- Clare Doran-Kolat of Boardman was named Woman of the Year at the March 15 meeting of Mill Creek Chapter of the American Business Women's Association.
Since joining the chapter in February 1994, Doran-Kolat has held the position as chairwoman of publicity and membership committees and co-chairwoman of the chapter's business associate night, and she has been nominated as secretary.
In the fall she will join other ABWA delegates as a voting representative of Mill Creek Chapter at the 63rd National Conference in Grapevine, Texas.
A graduate of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh with a bachelor's degree in journalism, she is employed by Renal Care Group as administrative assistant to the regional director of operations. In addition to her ABWA involvement, she is a member and past secretary of the Penn-Ohio Polka Pals Booster Club, an associate member of UAW 1112 Union Retirees and member of St. Charles Church.
