Krista Tomak, Richard Lane are engaged

XThe engagement of Krista Tomak and Richard Lane, both of Charleston, S.C., is being announced by their parents, Joseph and Deborah Tomak of Boardman and Richard and Nora Lane, Rosendale, N.Y.
The couple will be married at 4 p.m. May 21 on the beach at Sullivan's Island in Charleston. They will return to Boardman to renew their vows at 4:30 p.m. July 9 at St. James Meeting House followed by a reception at The Embassy in Youngstown. Invitations will be issued.
Miss Tomak attended Kent State University and graduated from the Ford Beauty Academy with a degree in managing cosmetology. She is employed at Stella Nova Spa Salon in Charleston as a senior stylist-colorist.
Mr. Lane is a second class petty officer in the U.S. Navy stationed in Charleston as a brig guard. He is pursuing a bachelor's degree in history at the University of Maryland in Adelphi.
