XAustintown Homemakers Club will hold a meeting at 10 a.m. Thursday at Smith Corners United Methodist Church. The craft will be a whirligig, and hostesses will be Eleanor Lucci and Ann Pawlen. A $7.50 fee for the Achievement Day luncheon will be collected.
XPolish Arts Club of Youngstown will celebrate its 70th anniversary April 17 at A La Cart Catering, 429 Lisbon St., Canfield. A social hour will start at 2 p.m. followed by dinner at 3 and entertainment by the Rocky Chirchiglia Band. Mrs. Ada Holliday, the only surviving founder, will be a special guest. XButler Memorial Presbyterian Women will hold its annual Spring Rainbow Tea and Luncheon from noon 2 p.m. April 16 at Butler Memorial Presbyterian Church, 126 E. Rayen Ave., Youngstown. The mission project will be sharing, and guest speaker will be Emmaline Adams of Mahoning County Human Services. Guests are welcome.
XJunior Seton Circle will meet at noon Thursday at A La Cart in Canfield for a program titled "Hi Lites of the Butler." Hostesses will be Mary Lou Kraus, Mary Whalen, Florence Lloyd and Betty Fisher.
