2 face charges after being arrested at mall

BOARDMAN -- Snetha Davis, 42, of Dennick Avenue, Youngstown, faces several charges after being arrested Thursday at Kaufmann's Department Store in Southern Park Mall.
Township police charged Davis on Friday with receiving stolen property, obstructing official business and two counts each of misuse of a credit card and forgery.
Police also charged Bruce Sims Jr., 35, of South Jackson Street, Youngstown, in the same matter with obstructing official business and possessing drug paraphernalia.
Sims is in the Mahoning County jail, and Davis was taken by ambulance to the Forum Health Northside Medical Center for a complaint not related to the arrest, police said. There was no word on her condition as of late Friday.
Police were called to the store at 7:42 p.m. Thursday by an employee who said a stolen credit card had been used to pay $85.59 for a pair of shoes.
