Forget it: The Type O Negative show Amorphis, which was to be at 8 p.m. Oct. 20 in Cleveland's Odeon Concert Club, has been canceled because of a band member's illness. Get refunds at point of purchase. For laughs: Michael Ian Black, Michael Showalter and David Wain of the MTV show "The State" and the movie "Wet Hot American Summer" will star in the "Stella Comedy Show" at 9 p.m. No. 13 in The Rock Club, Station Square, Pittsburgh. Get tickets beginning at noon Saturday by calling Ticketmaster. Pay $16.50 in advance or $18.50 at the door.Rock on: Flooding in greater Pittsburgh led to the cancellation of some shows at Mr. Small's Theater in Millvale, Pa., but others are being scheduled.
