TELEVISION Q & amp;A

Q. I've been doing stand-up for quite a few years and am trying to get an audition for "The Last Comic Standing." I can't seem to find out where the auditions take place. I live in Vegas and you would think they would have advertised it since it ends up here every year. -- P.O., Las Vegas, Nev.
A. At this time, "Last Comic Standing" is not casting. The best way to find out about upcoming auditions is to check the show's official Web site frequently, or log onto one of the many sites that keep track of reality show casting calls, such as www.tvrules.net or www.realityaccess.com.
Q. I am really curious to know what happened to the show "Fastlane." It starred Bill Bellamy and a young lady from "Beverly Hills, 90210." This was an awesome show that seemed to disappear without any warning. -- J.S., Norfolk, Va.
A. "Fastlane" came and went pretty fast in the fall of 2002, a victim of high production costs and low ratings. The Fox action series -- from "Charlie's Angels" 1 and 2 director McG and John McNamara, writer of TV's "The Fugitive" remake -- teamed Bellamy, newcomer Peter Facinelli and Tiffani Theissen.
Q. I love the songs played after each episode of "Six Feet Under." Is there a CD? -- G.J.B., Rhode Island
A. A "Six Feet Under" soundtrack CD was released in 2002. It includes Thomas Newman's "Six Feet Under Title Theme" and an eclectic offering of music from the earlier seasons. If you want to check out the music credits for the just-concluded season, visit the show's official site at www.hbo.com.
