Jennifer Pavel, Stephen Kelly are engaged

XYOUNGSTOWN -- John and Adele Pavel of 4017 Shelby Road are announcing plans for the coming marriage of their daughter, Jennifer Pavel, 1042 Seneca Drive, Mason, to Stephen Kelly, also of the Seneca Drive address.
Mr. Kelly is a son of Stephen and Joanne Kelly, 285 Stone Ridge Lane, Monroe.
Invitations will be extended for the couple's wedding they are planning to take place in November at St. Cecilia Church in Cincinnati and for a reception at Receptions-North in Fairfield.
Miss Pavel graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea with a bachelor's degree and is a health inspector with the Butler County Department of Health in Hamilton.
Her fiance attends the University of Cincinnati and is a firefighter with the West Chester Fire Department.
