Miss Polon to wed David Donikowski in Erie church

XHUBBARD -- Joseph and Patti Polon, 3361 Shadyside Drive, announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Michele L. Polon, and David A. Donikowski, both of 709 Delaware Ave., Erie, Pa.
The prospective groom is a son of David and Nancy Donikowski, 4421 Westminster Blvd., Erie.
Dr. Polon graduated from Mercyhurst College, Erie, with a bachelor's degree in sports medicine and earned a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree at Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, Calif. She is a physician employed by Woman to Woman in Erie.
Mr. Donikowski is employed as a highway foreman with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in Erie. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
Invitations will be extended for the couple's wedding planned for 4 p.m. Oct. 22 at St. Andrew Church in Erie. A late-afternoon reception, also by invitation, will be held at the Bel-Aire Hotel in Erie.
