Miss Greenslade, Jonathan Merrill set wedding date

XGIRARD -- Russell and Sue Greenslade, 232 E. Broadway Ave., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Greenslade, and Jonathan Merrill, both of 92 Crumlin Ave.
Parents of the future groom are David and Kathy Merrill, 322 E. Prospect Ave.
Miss Greenslade graduated from New England Culinary Institute, Essex Junction, Vt., with a degree in culinary science. She is employed by French Street Cafe in Warren.
Mr. Merrill is a student at Youngstown State University, where he is pursuing a degree in computer information systems. He was deployed for 16 months with Operation Iraqi Freedom and served with in the U.S. Army, Reserve Unit 475th Quartermasters, Beaver Falls, Pa., supporting the 4th Infantry Division with the 64th Combat Support Group.
Invitations will be extended for the couple's wedding to take place at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 23 at First Presbyterian Church. An early evening reception, also by invitation, is planned at the D.D. and Velma Davis Education and Visitor Center in Mill Creek Park, Youngstown.
