JEANNINE BAKERLINDSEY CORNELIUS
XYOUNGSTOWN -- The Rev. Michael Harrison officiated at 3 p.m. Aug. 14 at Union Baptist Church for the wedding of Jeannine Rene & eacute; Baker and Lindsey L & aacute;Mont & eacute; Cornelius.
The bride is a daughter of Bea Baker, 421 E. Dewey Ave., and the late George Baker.
Mr. Cornelius is a son of Evelyn Albert, 205 Northview Road, West Columbia, S.C., and Lindsey O. Cornelius of Columbia, S.C.
A reception followed at J.D. Mason Fellowship Hall.
Afterward the couple honeymooned in Niagara Falls, Canada. They live at 4113 Burkey Road, Austintown.
An ivory, princess-style, A-line gown was worn by the bride. It was embellished with pearl appliqu & eacute;s and featured a cathedral train.
Sharon Dobyne was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Crissy Townshend, Marci Mason and the bride's sister, Monique Brown. They wore desert-coral gowns. Flower girl was Paige McClendon, the bride's daughter.
Best man was Jibri Carter, and groomsmen were Michael Williams; Darius Dillard, the bride's brother; and Lawrence Culver. Kenneth Speed II, the bride's son, was ring bearer, and ushers were Bob Heggins, Daryl Cameron and Patrick Dooley.
Mrs. Cornelius is a student at Youngstown State University and an educational assistant at Eagle Heights Academy.
Her husband attended Benedict College in Columbia and is a machine operator at Extrudex Aluminum in North Jackson.
