XNEW MIDDLETOWN -- Jeff Solvesky of Poland and his bride, the former Sara Bevilacqua of Poland, accepted congratulations during a reception at The Georgetown in Boardman after their wedding Aug. 13 at St. Paul the Apostle Church.
The Rev. Nicholas Shori officiated at the 5 p.m. ceremony for the daughter of Paul and Mary Lou Bevilacqua, 241 Evergreen Drive, Poland, and the son of Gary and Laraine Solvesky, 8185 Struthers Road, Lowellville.
Since returning from a honeymoon in the Poconos, the couple live at 4279 Woodmere Drive, Austintown.
Mrs. Solvesky graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in graphic design. She is area operations manager with Sky Bank, Trumbull County-Warren.
Mr. Solvesky is a construction inspector with Dick Corp. in Cleveland. He earned a degree in civil engineering at YSU.
The bride's sister, Laura Cupp of Struthers, was honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Heather Sipler of New York, Katie Bees of Boardman, Amy Held of Kent, Kelly Ponigar of Poland and Carole Canfield of Poland, the groom's cousin. They wore red dresses.
Chris Solvesky of Boardman performed the duties of best man for his brother. Groomsmen were Kevin Carrocce of Canfield; Brent Wittenauer of Poland; Michael Cupp of Struthers, the bride's brother-in-law; Ryan McBride of Boardman; and John Gentile of Erie, Pa., the groom's cousin.
