Conrad Pitts, marriage officer of Jamaica, officiated, and a postnuptial reception was held Aug. 27 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel hall in Youngstown.
The couple are living in Youngstown since returning from their Caribbean cruise.
Christine Restle of Youngstown was maid of honor. She wore a cornflower-blue gown.
The groom's brother, Louis Kunovich of Youngstown, performed the duties of best man.
Mrs. Benedict is a payroll-accounts payable clerk at Shepherd of the Valley in Youngstown.
Her husband is a laborer at Youngstown Pipe & amp; Supply in Boardman.
