TRUMBULL COUNTY | Grand jury indictments

The grand jury indicted four former Trumbull County Correctional Institution inmates on charges of felonious assault, possession of a deadly weapon while under detention and participating in a criminal gang.
Daniel McAuley, 23, Albert W. Baumgartner, 27, Jeremy W. Coiner 33, and Corey Thayer, 24, who are now being held at the Ohio State Penitentiary in Youngstown, are expected to be arraigned on the charges next week.
The indictments allege that the four were all member of a prison gang called the Aryan Brotherhood and possessed shanks, sharp instruments. The four are accused of assaulting two other inmates Feb. 14.
The grand jury also indicted the following:

Marcus Campbell, 21, Parkman Road N.W., Warren, rape and grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Katina L. Guerini, 24, South Englewood, Youngstown, possession of cocaine.
Gustavo Gonzales Ducos, 43, of Roebling Street, Brooklyn, New York, tampering with records and forgery.
Marcus A. Hemmingway, 28, Fourth Street, Warren, possession of cocaine.
Robert J. Slater III, 31, Hall Street, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
Jason Howard, 23, Catherine Street, Youngstown, domestic violence and violating protection order.
Ronald Travis, 37, North Canal Street, Newton Falls, assault on a peace officer.
Constance H. Jordan, 20, Freemont Street, Warren, theft and burglary.
Rodney Richardson, 44, Ravenwood Drive, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
Stephen S. Tenney, 54, East Tuscarawas, Barberton, illegal possession of a weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, receiving stolen property, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle and tampering with evidence.
Walter D. Campbell, 42, Woodbine S.E., Warren, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
Benjamin L. Bosley, 20, Diehl South Road, Leavittsburg, breaking and entering.
Robert S. Sapp, 48, Herner-County Line Road, Southington, receiving stolen property.
Jeremy J. Kibler, 20, Erskin Avenue, Boardman, receiving stolen property.
James M. Rummell, 28, Greenville Road, Cortland, unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Andre M. Erving, 40, Oak Street S.W., Warren, criminal trespass and menacing.
Eric D. Manion, 28, West Scott Street, Newton Falls, breaking and entering.
Kenneth Pickering, 63, Fairmont Avenue, Warren, grand theft.
Joseph L. Rutherford, 29, state Route 82, Newton Falls, two counts of felony DUI.
Carlton R. Johnson, 37, Dover Street S.W., Warren, forgery and receiving stolen property.
Beau A. Palmer, 21, Edwards Street N.W., Warren, breaking and entering.
Frank Allen Myers, 29, West Montrose, Youngstown, possession of cocaine.

The grand jury chose not to indict the following people.
