BOARDMAN
Sept. 8
Arrest: Police arrested a 27-year-old Youngstown man at a residence in the 90 block of Terrace Drive on a warrant charging him with domestic violence and obstructing official business.
Theft: A man in the 6800 block of Lockwood Boulevard reported his wallet, $50, three credit cards and driver's license missing from an apartment in the 8000 block of Forest Lake Drive.
Breaking and entering: An employee at Peskin Sign Co., 3991 Simon Road, discovered someone broke into the business through a first-floor side window. Twenty sheets of aluminum and miscellaneous items were stolen, for a loss of $1,600.
Vandalism: An employee at TR Party Centre, 4172 Market St., discovered $800 in damage had been done to two 8-foot-by-10-foot windows.
Misuse of a credit card: Someone misused a credit card to buy a $1,396 demolition hammer and a $1,733 hammer from Home Depot, 7001 Southern Blvd.
Theft: A Youngstown woman reported being charged twice by T-Mobile, 475 Boardman-Poland Road, for $58.48.
Criminal damaging: An employee at an apartment complex in the 7400 block of West Boulevard, as well as an employee at E & amp;K Rental, 7430 Becky Court, reported lawn damage totaling $120.
Theft: A Struthers woman discovered her purse and credit cards stolen while she was at That's a Wrap & amp; Pizza Cafe, 343 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Sept. 9
Arrest: While conducting an investigation, police arrested a 21-year-old man at his home in the 50 block of Melrose Avenue. He was wanted on a felony warrant charging him with trafficking in drugs.
Theft: An employee at Stak Inc., 6960 Market St., reported the business had been defrauded of $3,274 when an electronic check had been passed without permission.
Stolen property: Police discovered a stolen $800 engine, and that a 1992 Chevrolet Camaro had an altered vehicle identification number, near U.S. Route 224 and Market Street.
Unauthorized use of a vehicle/theft: A woman in the 100 block of Argyle Avenue reported someone borrowed and failed to return her 1998 Ford Windstar, and that $121 had been removed from her checking account without permission.
Sept. 10
Theft: Police arrested a 52-year-old man in a parking lot near his home in the 7000 block of West Boulevard on a misdemeanor warrant charging him with theft. He was accused of stealing a $28 carton of cigarettes from Giant Eagle, 476 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Burglary: A man noticed someone had entered his apartment in the 2000 block of Wolosyn Circle and took eight autographed baseballs, a World Series baseball, $60 in cash, a gold bracelet and a silver bracelet. His loss was estimated at $2,150.
Theft: A Salem woman reported her wallet, Ohio driver's license, credit card and Social Security card stolen while she was at Arthur Treacher's Fish & amp; Chips, 7322 Market St.
Possible drugs: A security employee at Kaufmann's told police another employee found a bag containing possible cocaine inside a pair of jeans someone had returned.
Theft: An Austintown man noticed a temporary tag had been removed from his vehicle in the 400 block of Boardman-Canfield Road.
Criminal damaging: An Austintown man reported finding scratches on a vehicle's left front quarter panel and a door while the car was at Boardman Center Middle School, 7410 Market St. A 15-year-old Boardman boy was arrested, but no charges had been filed against him.
Sept. 11
Drugs: Police charged a 28-year-old Youngstown man after they say he was in possession of suspected marijuana while at Home Depot.
Drugs: A North Lima man, 48, was charged after officers say he was in possession of a suspected marijuana cigarette in The English Pub parking lot, 1305 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Theft: A Boardman woman reported her purse stolen while she was at Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive.
Criminal mischief: A woman in the 5100 block of West Boulevard discovered someone tossed eggs and struck her vehicle.
Burglary: A man in the 7400 block of Huntington Drive discovered someone forced open a door to his residence and took a $492 cellular phone and caused $300 in damage to the front door.
Theft: An employee at the Wagon-Wheel Motel, 7015 Market St., called police after discovering about $500 missing from the business.
Sept. 12
Assault: A Sharpsville, Pa., woman reported she and her husband were assaulted when he was punched in the face and she was cut on her arm while the couple was at Oscar's, 1315 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Criminal damaging: A Boardman woman reported seeing a man toss a chair over a railing at the Bull & amp; Bear Tavern, 1247 Boardman-Poland Road, striking her vehicle. About $1,000 in damage was done to its passenger-side door.
Criminal damaging: A man in the 200 block of North Cadillac Drive told police four convertible top windows to his car were damaged.
Theft: A Canfield man discovered a $300 cellular phone missing while he ate at the Main Moon Chinese Restaurant, 7050 Market St.
Burglary: A woman reported $650 in cash missing from her apartment in the 800 block of Moyer Avenue after someone had broken in through a second-floor rear window.
Theft: An East Liverpool man, 33, was charged with theft and an Irondale, Ohio, man, 25, faced a complicity-to-theft charge after eight DVDs and three pairs of jeans were stolen from Wal-Mart. Two Irondale women, 18 and 40, also were arrested, but neither had been charged.
Theft: A 32-year-old Niles man was arrested after $284.50 worth of clothing and a $29.50 T-shirt were taken from Abercrombie & amp; Fitch in the Southern Park Mall. Police said the suspect led them on a foot pursuit.
Theft: Police arrested a 17-year-old Campbell girl on a theft charge after five packages of earrings valued at $107 were stolen from Target, 417 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft/recovered property: A man in the 4200 block of Stratford Avenue recovered his mountain bike after he reported it stolen from a residence in the 50 block of Prestwick Drive.
Recovered property: While investigating a suspicious person in the 4900 block of Brookwood Road, police recovered a 1998 Ford F-150 pickup truck stolen in Beaver Township. The vehicle belonged to a Poland man.
POLAND
Sept. 7
Drugs: After investigating a suspicious vehicle at Poland Manor Drive and North Lima Road, police arrested a 46-year-old Wellsville woman. She was charged with possession of a drug-abuse instrument after officers say they found a suspected crack pipe on the floor, several other suspected crack pipes and papers used to roll marijuana in the car.
