Parents announce Pratt-Beeghly engagement

XBESSEMER, Pa. -- Joel and Mary Jane Beeghly, Shiloh Farm, 358 Trotter Road, are announcing the engagement of their son, Edward Ross Beeghly, 2824 Hudson St., Baltimore, and Dawn Michele Pratt, 2832 Dillon St., Baltimore.
The bride-to-be is a daughter of Michele Rice, 145 Pleasant St., Marlboro, Mass., and Robert Pratt, 55 White St., Lunenburg, Mass.
Invitations will be issued for the couple's wedding to take place at 4 p.m. Oct. 9 at Shiloh Farm. An early evening reception, also by invitation, also will be held at the home of the future groom's parents.
Miss Pratt attended Essex Community College in Baltimore. She is employed as an account executive at Maritz Inc. in Baltimore.
Mr. Beeghly is chief of engineering systems, District Three, with Maryland State Highway Administration in Greenbelt, Md. He earned an associate degree in business administration at Valley Forge Military College, Wayne, Pa., and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering at Ohio Northern University in Ada.
