NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Police have issued an arrest warrant for a Youngstown man who dropped his wallet at a robbery.
Police charged Terrell Derrell Vaughn, 19, of Berwick Avenue, with robbery, theft, recklessly endangering another person and terroristic threats.
City police said Vaughn knocked on the door of a Beech Street residence and then forced his way inside. The two victims told police that they were told to empty their pockets and give up their cash. The robber pulled a gun from his waistband and his wallet also fell out, police said.
The robber took about $75 and a combination DVD/VCR machine, but left his wallet behind, police said. The identification in Vaughn's wallet matched the identity of the robber, police said.
College visitation day
ALLIANCE -- Mount Union College is inviting all high school seniors and juniors to attend a fall visitation day at the college Saturday.
Visitors will have the chance to meet with faculty, take a tour of the campus and participate in a guided panel discussion. Students and their parents also will have a chance to see the football team play John Carroll University on Saturday evening. Tickets are provided for those making advance reservations to the college's admissions office.

Residents to discusscharter amendments
YOUNGSTOWN -- Three city residents will discuss the proposed city charter amendments on the November ballot at the Southern Boulevard Block Watch meeting.
The meeting will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. Dominic Parish Center, 3403 Southern Blvd.
Josephine Hulett, Michael O'Hara and Maggy Lorenzi will discuss the amendments, which include changes in council staff, pay and term limits.
