WESTMORELAND CO., PA. Man arrested in stalking, identity theft
GREENSBURG, Pa. (AP) -- A man fixated on a former high school cheerleader for 13 years was jailed on charges including trespassing in a cheerleader's locker room, police said.
Robert Domansky uses the former high school cheerleader's maiden name on his driver's license and has tattoos depicting her name and picture, police said.
Police believe Domansky, 48, legally changed his name to Kelly Dawn Hullenbaugh after becoming fixated with the woman -- who has since been married, divorced and has a different last name, Greensburg police Capt. George Seranko said Friday.
Police arrested Hullenbaugh, who dresses as a woman, on allegations that on Sept. 3 he entered the Greensburg Salem High School locker room, claiming he was a cheerleading coach there to learn new routines.
Authorities later determined Hullenbaugh also stole the identities of women -- some of whom he met as a beauty salon customer -- including the former Ms. Hullenbaugh, a salon owner.
On his driver's license and passport, the man is pictured as a woman using her name. Police charged him with identity theft Thursday because they say he used credit cards in the names of the shop's customers and the shop owner's current name, which he is not legally entitled to use, Seranko said.
Mr. Hullenbaugh also secretly photographed the former cheerleader's beauty shop and the cheerleaders at the high school, said police, who on Friday were still sifting through boxes of evidence they took from his apartment.
It wasn't immediately clear if he had an attorney. Police said he was represented by the Westmoreland County Public Defender's Office, which had no record of him as a client Friday.
