TRACEY MOHRCHRISTOPHER PORTER
XNORTH JACKSON -- Tracey Lynn Mohr, 9410 Gladstone Road, became the bride of Christopher Porter, 4841 Woodland Ave., Royal Oak, Mich., during a ceremony at 2 p.m. Aug. 14 at St. James Church.
The Rev. Dave Merzwelier officiated for the daughter of Al and Mary Ellen Mohr of the Gladstone Road address and the son of Alan and Lois Parker, 336 University Ave., Elyria.
A beaded bodice highlighted the bride's white satin ballgown styled with spaghetti straps.
The newlyweds received guests at a reception at the Maronite Center, Youngstown, then left on a honeymoon to Riviera Maya, Mexico.
They live at the groom's address.
Mrs. Porter graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor's degree. She is a second-year law student at Wayne State University in Detroit.
Mr. Porter is a budget analyst with General Motors Corp., Pontiac, Mich. He earned a bachelor's degree at Bowling Green.
Honor attendants were the bride's sisters, Jennifer Mohr of Bowling Green and Annemarie Brown of Los Alamos, N.M. Bridesmaids were Lynne Mohr, Austintown, the bride's sister-in-law, and Diana Norris, Bowling Green. They wore ice blue and white dresses. Flower girls were Megan Porter and Emily Williams, both of Elyria, the groom's nieces.
David Malanowski, Lorain, served as best man. Groomsmen were Brian Porter, Novelty, the groom's brother; Stephen Mohr, Austintown, the bride's brother; and Doug Johnson, Elyria. The bride's nephew, Zachery Brown of Los Alamos, was ring bearer.
