CINCINNATI -- Adam Dunn hit a grand slam in a seven-run third inning, leading the Cincinnati Reds over the Milwaukee Brewers 9-0 Saturday night.
Dunn and Austin Kearns hit consecutive homers in the third off Victor Santos (10-10), and Felipe Lopez homered in the sixth against Travis Phelps. Kearns and Lopez had three hits each for the Reds, who won consecutive games for the first time since Aug. 22 and 24 against Arizona and St. Louis.
Luke Hudson (3-1) gave up three hits in six innings to improve to 3-0 in his last five starts and extend his scoreless streak to 13 innings over three starts, including 12 innings against Milwaukee. Mike Matthews, Phil Norton and Aaron Myette combined to complete the four-hitter.
Milwaukee was blanked for the 13th time this season, second-most in the major leagues behind Montreal (16). Cincinnati has eight shutouts.
Santos, 1-7 in his last 10 starts, allowed eight runs and seven hits in 2 1-3 innings, the shortest of his 25 starts this season.
Dunn Cracks 42nd
Cory Miller's sacrifice fly put the Reds ahead in the second, and Hudson and Lopez singled leading off the third. Sean Casey walked with one out, and Dunn hit his 42nd homer of the season.
It was his third career slam, the first since May 26 last year against Atlanta's Roberto Hernandez.
Kearns gave the Reds their eighth set of back-to-back homers this season, making it 6-0.
Anderson Machado greeted Gary Glover with an RBI double and Hudson hit a sacrifice fly.

Braves 8, Expos 1
ATLANTA -- Andruw Jones and Rafael Furcal each homered and pinch-hitter Julio Franco capped a six-run seventh inning with a two-RBI double to lead the Atlanta Braves over the Montreal Expos.
The Braves stretched their lead in the NL East to 8 1/2 games but lost starting pitcher Mike Hampton with a strained left knee.
Hampton, making his first since Aug. 31 -- he skipped his scheduled start against Philadelphia Monday with a stiff neck, gave up four hits in 4 1-3 scoreless innings before he had to leave the game. Hampton appeared to injure his knee while trying to beat out a sacrifice in the bottom of the fourth.
After he faced one batter in the fifth inning, the trainer and pitching coach Leo Mazzone visited Hampton on the mound. A brief discussion ensued, then Hampton headed to the dugout with a slight limp.
Reliever Juan Cruz (5-2) took over for Hampton and gave up one run in 1 2-3 innings.
