Niles man reports being roughed up by 3

NILES -- A Difford Drive man reported to police he was beaten and held against his will by his sister's ex-boyfriend and two other men.
The 25-year-old man told police that he went to a friend's house on Wood Drive around 4:30 p.m. Thursday and that three men he knows, including the former boyfriend, were waiting for him.
They forced him into a vehicle and made him ride around with them as they punched him in the face, police said.
Police logs also show the man's sister called police and reported she had just received a call from her former boyfriend, who told her he was holding a gun to her brother's head over a drug debt.
Police located the Difford Drive man outside RMI Titanium, where, he said, the men had dropped him off. It was unclear what injuries the victim suffered.
Records show that police went to the Wood Drive home, where residents said they did not know any of the people reportedly involved in the episode. The residents consented to a search, records show, but nothing was found. No charges have been filed, and the investigation continues.
