Q. What's happened to the cast of "The Nanny"? Are there any plans for a reunion? -- C.A.D., Las Vegas
A. You can catch up with Fran Drescher and the entire cast on "The Nanny Reunion: A Nosh to Remember," a Lifetime special set to air Oct. 11. The cast will reminisce about the hit sitcom and show clips.
Q. Now that Gary Sinise is starring in "CSI:NY," does it mean he is committed to nighttime TV only? Will he be making anymore movies? We hope so. We do love him and his work. -- Fans
A. Sinise long has enjoyed success on both the big and small screen, as well as on the stage. Roles in the television movies "Of Mice and Men," "The Stand," "Truman" and "George Wallace" stand up alongside "Forrest Gump," "Apollo 13" and "The Green Mile." Sinise has completed work on two feature films that are currently in post-production. "CSI:NY" makes its debut Sept. 22 on CBS.
Q. Saturday nights have become blah since my favorite series, "Hack," was removed from the air in March. Will it be returning in the fall? -- J.J. and A.F., Mesquite, Texas
A. CBS axed both "Hack" and "The District." The new Saturday night lineup will be a sixth version of "The Amazing Race," "Crimetime Saturday" (replays of the popular "CSI" series, "Cold Case," "Without a Trace" and "NCIS") and "48 Hours Mystery."
