Director Christopher Guest and his usual company have fun with the '60s folk-music craze in last year's "A Mighty Wind" (8 p.m., HBO2) followed by the similarly offbeat "Waiting for Guffman" (9:30 p.m.). Both were written by Guest and costar Eugene Levy.
Why not go with a classic movie? "The Magnificent Seven" (8 p.m., TCM) is a great Western from 1960 with a great cast that includes Yul Brenner, Steve McQueen, Charles Bronson and James Coburn.
Host Steve Thomas visits places where presidents once stayed on "Save Our History: The President Slept Here" (8 p.m., History Channel) including Longfellow House in Cambridge, Mass., where George Washington visited and Soldiers' Home in Washington, D.C., where Abraham Lincoln spent time.
"Hope & amp; Faith" (9 p.m., ABC) series star Kelly Ripa is reunited with former colleagues from "All My Children" and joined by other soap actors in this rebroadcast that finds Faith nominated for a Daytime Emmy. They include Susan Lucci, Rebecca Budig, Susan Flannery and Eric Braeden. Concludes at the same time next week.
