Holiday show planned Nov. 20 and 21



The annual fund-raiser benefits local charities.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Boardman-Poland Junior Women's League will hold its 24th annual holiday show, "A Williamsburg Christmas -- In the Meadow," from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 20 and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 21 at Stambaugh Auditorium, 1000 Fifth Ave.
The show will feature Americana, Victorian, country and primitive crafts, and lunches will be available.
Admission is $3 for adults and $1 for children 6 and older. On Nov. 21, patrons may donate a new children's book and get one dollar off admission. Books will be donated to needy children and local and school libraries.
A preview gala is planned at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 19. Tickets are $15 and must be obtained in advance from any league member or by calling (330) 519-5583. Tickets also are available at Rainbow Comics, 6961 Market St., Boardman, or Raymond James Financial Services, 6331 Market St., Boardman. There will be hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar.

Proceeds from the fund-raiser will benefit the Terry Lynch Foundation, Operation Blessing, Homes for Kids, Challenger Baseball and the league's Community Special Needs.
