Dinner party held for Greenes on anniversary

XPOLAND -- The Radisson Hotel in West Middlesex, Pa., was the setting Oct. 29 as family members gathered to honor Mr. and Mrs. Edward Greene, 10960 Springfield Road, on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary.
The event was arranged by their family, Jody and Douglas Greene of Edinburg, Pa.; Kato and Lori Miyagishima of Page, Ariz.; and Daniel and Candy Greene of Columbiana. Completing the family circle are four grandchildren
The former Helen McCoy and Mr. Greene were married Oct. 29, 1954, at the United Methodist Church in Winchester, Va. They are members of Poland United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Greene is retired after working in home health care. She is a member of the Poland chapter of White Shrine of Jerusalem and the Order of Eastern Star.
Mr. Green served with the U.S. Navy Seabees and was a master mechanic with the Operating Engineers of Youngstown until retiring in 1998. He is a member of the Poland Masonic Lodge and the White Shrine of Jerusalem.
