Zachary Howell, 28, Lincoln Park Drive, Youngstown; conveying prohibited items into a detention facility.
Donald Meadows, 44, Fairgreen Avenue, Youngstown; domestic violence.
Longino G. Roman Jr., 24, Cassius Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
John Hopkins, 40, East Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown; forgery.
Shawntae Covington, 24, Alameda Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
