HUBBARD -- A one-car accident in the township left a Pennsylvania woman dead and sent the driver to the hospital for minor injuries.

The state patrol said Hudak was the passenger in a vehicle driven by Edward V. Olsvowka, no age given, also of Oil City. Olsvowka was headed west on I-80, just past the Hubbard exit, when he swerved to avoid an object in the road, went off the right side and struck a guardrail.
