False bomb threats are the focus of Mercer County Crime Solvers this week:
Crime: Terroristic threats.
Location: Farrell.
Details: Southwest Mercer County Regional Police are seeking help in finding who made three bomb threats at Farrell High/Middle School over the past two weeks. Written threats were found in pupil restrooms Oct. 6, 19 and 20. The writings indicated a bomb would detonate at the school. Authorities searched the building each time but found nothing.
Contact: Call Crime Solvers between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at (724) 347-HELP. Callers do not have to give their names.
Reward: Crime Solvers, a nonprofit organization, offers cash rewards of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of anyone responsible for a serious crime in the county.
