XErie Mahoning Valley Railroad Association will meet at noon Tuesday at Lucianno's Restaurant, 1732 Raccoon Road, Austintown. After lunch there will be reports on the health and welfare of railroad retirees. Birthdays and anniversaries will be observed. All railroad retirees are welcome. Membership is open.
LIBERTY
XLiberty Senior Citizens will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Church Hill United Methodist Church. Ella Hoagland will preside. Election of officers will be held, and paper products will be collected for the Ronald McDonald House. The Young at Hearts bell choir led by Kathy Bowker will present the program. Those attending should take a sack lunch. Beverages will be provided.

There will be election of officers. To be elected to an office you must attend the meeting.

Members are to take the following foods; those whose last names begin with A-I, salads; J-R, desserts; S-Z, entrees. Each is to take table service. All retired RNs are welcome.

XSERO Chapter 19 will meet at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Yankee Kitchen, 6635 Market St., Boardman. Speakers will be Sue Kneisley of SERS and Joe McIntyre, president of the state SERO. All classified school retirees in Mahoning, Columbiana and Trumbull counties may attend. Changes in insurance will be discussed.

XNomination of chapter officers will be held when SOAR 27-16 meets at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the McGuffey Center. Election will be held at the Nov. 24 meeting.

XSt. Stanislaus Senior Citizens will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at the church hall. Reservations will be taken for the Nov. 29 buffet; place $8 in an envelope with your name on it. Nominations for new officers will be accepted, and birthdays and anniversaries will be acknowledged. There will be refreshments and board games.
