Daron C. Nesbitt, 25, Chatham Lane, Youngstown; cocaine possession, trafficking in marijuana.
Kara D. Sims, 21, Brentwood Avenue, Youngstown; theft, identity fraud.
John J. Mamounis, 24, Fairview Street, Campbell; two counts of carrying concealed weapons.
Richard A. Wright, 24, Wilson Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated vehicular assault, failure to stop after an accident.
Arturo Novoa IV, 18, North Jackson Street, Youngstown; vandalism, escape.
Kevin P. Burkey, 40, Youngstown-Poland Road, Youngstown; felonious assault.
Thaddeus Banks, 29, Ferndale Avenue, Youngstown; failure to comply with a police order.
Raymond L. Talley, 27, East Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown; burglary.
Ceil Scott, 42, Broadway Street, Youngstown; attempted murder, felonious assault.
