CANFIELD
Oct. 1
Assault: A 17-year-old Austintown Fitch student at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road was issued a summons to Mahoning County Juvenile Court, 7300 N. Palmyra Road after being accused of stabbing another student in the hand with a pencil.
Oct. 2
Drug paraphernalia: A 19-year-old Youngstown man was arrested on Fairground Boulevard and accused of possession of a trace amount of marijuana and a suspected marijuana pipe. He was charged with drug abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia and obtaining and possessing drugs.
Oct. 3
Drug paraphernalia: A 51-year-old North Jackson woman was charged with driving with a suspended license and one of her two sons in the car, a 27-year-old North Jackson man, was charged with drug abuse, obtaining and possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia. Police found a plastic bag with suspected marijuana and rolling papers.
Oct. 6
Theft from motor vehicle: Three cars were broken into in the back of Ala Carte Catering, 429 Lisbon St. Among items found to be missing were purses, a billfold, credit cards, cash, checks and driver's licenses.
Oct. 15
Criminal damaging: The drive-through menu sign at McDonald's Restaurant, 586 E. Main St. was damaged and will need to be replaced.
Oct. 17
Drug abuse: A 17-year-old male North Limastudent at the Mahoning County Career Center was arrested on a charge of drug abuse of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal conveyance of a weapon.
Theft: Occupants of a room at El Patio Motel, 485 W. Main St., reported a Gameboy SP Advance was missing from their room.

Oct. 11
Theft: Mail was stolen from a hallway mailbox in the 400 block of Deercreek Drive.
Breaking and Entering: A concession stand at the soccer fields, 805 Ohltown Road, was broken into.
Theft from auto: A Clarion compact disc player/DVD was taken from a vehicle in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle windshield was damaged in the 2000 block of Vollmer Drive.
Drug Offense: A man was charged with possession of marijuana on Moorefield Avenue.
Theft: A skateboard was reported stolen from Gravity House, 1739 S. Raccoon Road

Weapons offense: Two male juveniles were charged with curfew violation and carrying a concealed weapon at Canfield Road and Schenley Avenue.
Theft: Two diesel fuel tanks were taken from the 300 block of North Meridian Road.
Theft from auto: Checks were taken from an unlocked vehicle on Claridge Drive.
Oct. 13
Theft from auto: Hubcaps were stolen from a vehicle in the 6000 block of Fairview Avenue.
Drug offense: A man was charged with possession of marijuana at South Raccoon Road and Fitzgerald Avenue.
Theft: Razor blades valued at $476 were stolen by a man who was arrested at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Four Motorola radios and a charger were stolen from Davis Elementary School, 4302 Maple Ave.
Oct. 14
Robbery: Three men fled in a white Corsica after a robbery at Club 76, 5335 Seventy-Six Drive.
Theft from auto: An Alpine AM/FM-CD in-dash unit was stolen from a vehicle in the 40 block of North Raccoon Road
Theft: A credit card was opened in a victim's name, a resident in the 4000 block of Warwick South reported.
Criminal damaging: The paint on a vehicle was damaged at Austintown Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.
Theft: A checkbook was stolen from Deals, 6007 Mahoning Ave.
Oct. 15
Drug offense: Two women were arrested on charges of drug abuse, drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs for possession of marijuana and were placed in the Mahoning County Justice Center after being arrested at North Roanoke and Maple Avenue.
Burglary: A door was broken and a Playstation taken in the 3000 block of Allendale Ave.
Oct. 16
Attempted breaking and entering: A glass door was damaged at True North, 4200 Mahoning Ave.
Drug offense: Two women were arrested on charges of marijuana drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia at Mahoning Avenue S.E. and state Route 11.
Theft from auto: $507 in cash and 50 compact discs were stolen from an auto in the 100 block of Carnegie Avenue.
Theft: A Speedway prepaid card was stolen from Speedway, 4401 Kirk Road.
Theft: A purse was stolen from Big Lots, 4341 Kirk Road.
Oct. 17
Theft: $13.17 worth of food was stolen from Eat 'n Park, 5454 Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damaging: A mailbox and lawn were damaged in the 5000 block of West Webb Road.
Receiving stolen property: A Speedway gift card was stolen by a female subject at Speedway, 4401 Kirk Road. She was arrested and taken to county jail.
Drug offense: A man was arrested on a possession of marijuana charge at Teen Scene, 1743 S. Raccoon Road.
Fictitious plates: A man was issued a citation for fictitious plates, which were confiscated, at New Road and Laurie Drive.
Burglary: Vicodin was stolen from a residence in the 5000 block of West Webb Road.
