ROUNDUP Sunday's other games

NFC
Eagles 30, Panthers 8
PHILADELPHIA -- Overmatched and undermanned, Carolina had no chance in a rematch of last season's NFC championship game. Terrell Owens had all his 123 yards receiving in the first half and Lito Sheppard returned an interception 64 yards for a score for Philadelphia. Donovan McNabb, off to the best start of his six-year career, didn't have a touchdown pass for the first time this season. But he completed passes of 53 and 51 yards to Owens that led to 10 points. McNabb finished 14-of-26 for 209 yards and one interception. Panthers quarterback Jake Delhomme threw four interceptions.
Vikings 38, Saints 31
NEW ORLEANS -- Daunte Culpepper threw five touchdown passes. He did it without having favorite receiver Randy Moss (hamstring) in the second half. It was the third time this season Culpepper threw five TD passes in a game, an NFL record. Culpepper completed 26-of-37 passes for 425 yards. The Vikings had 605 yards of offense. Rookie running back Mewelde Moore had another big game for Minnesota, rushing for 109 yards and catching seven passes for 78 yards. Nate Burleson had six receptions for 134 yards for Minnesota.
Packers 38, Lions 10
DETROIT -- Brett Favre threw two touchdown passes and moved past Fran Tarkenton into fourth place on the NFL career list with 47,106 yards passing. Green Bay snapped its first four-game losing streak in 13 years. The game was close until Darren Sharper intercepted a pass early in the third quarter and returned it 36 yards to give the Packers a 24-10 lead. Favre was 25-of-38 for 257 yards. He extended his streak with a TD pass to 31 games, passing Dan Marino and trailing only Johnny Unitas' record run of 47 straight. Favre played in his 197th game with the Packers, passing Bart Starr for No. 1 in franchise history.
Redskins 13, Bears 10
CHICAGO -- Clinton Portis had his best day since changing teams, and Washington throttled Chicago's inept offense. Ending a four-game losing streak, the Redskins sacked struggling Bears quarterback Jonathan Quinn three times in the final three minutes before Sean Taylor's closing-seconds interception sealed the victory. The Bears managed only 160 yards total offense and crossed midfield just three times. Portis had failed to reach 100 yards in any of his previous four games for Washington, which obtained him in an off-season trade from Denver. He had 103 by the half on 21 attempts Sunday. He finished with 171 yards.
AFC
Texans 20, Titans 10
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- David Carr threw for 266 yards and a touchdown, Kris Brown kicked field goals of 21 and 50 yards, and the Texans scored their first victory over the team they replaced in Houston. The Texans did it with defense, intercepting four passes and sacking Steve McNair once. The loss dropped the Titans into sole possession of the AFC South cellar. Worse yet, the Titans have lost three straight at home.
Broncos 31, Raiders 3
OAKLAND, Calif. -- Jake Plummer and Reuben Droughns did little wrong while turning the Broncos' biggest rivalry into a rout. Kerry Collins and Oakland's offense did almost nothing right -- and the furious Raider Nation let them know it. Plummer passed for 190 yards and three touchdowns and Droughns rushed for 176 yards and a touchdown. Jeb Putzier, Dwayne Carswell and Ashley Lelie caught first-half touchdown passes from Plummer, who led the Broncos to 444 total yards. Droughns had his second straight 100-yard game. And Denver's defense was suffocating, holding the inept Raiders to 145 yards. After Denver's early scores dug a huge hole for the Raiders, the sellout crowd booed whenever Collins' crew took the field.
Jaguars 22, Chiefs 16
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Byron Leftwich threw two touchdown passes, including a 14-yarder to Cortez Hankton with 45 seconds to play, to lift Jacksonville. Leftwich also ran for a score as the Jaguars snapped a two-game losing streak and won in the final minute for the fourth time this season. Kansas City took a 16-14 lead on a touchdown pass from Trent Green to Priest Holmes with about five minutes remaining. With defensive linemen Rob Meier and Greg Favors draped around his legs, Green flipped a pass to Holmes just before his knees hit the ground. Holmes cut across the field, picked up a big block from Tony Gonzalez, and scored.
Bills 20, Dolphins 13
ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Takeo Spikes returned an interception 11 yards for a touchdown, helping spark Buffalo's victory in a game between the league's last two winless teams. Aaron Schobel had 2 1/2 sacks and Ron Edwards added two, leading a strong defensive effort in which the Bills limited Miami to just 212 yards of offense. Willis McGahee had a strong debut in his first career start. The Bills' first-round pick in the 2003 draft had 111 yards rushing and put away the game with a 31-yard run that allowed the Bills to run out the clock.
INTERCONFERENCE
Falcons 21, Chargers 20
ATLANTA -- Michael Vick overcame a 10-point deficit by running for one touchdown, throwing for another and then taking care of the clock as the Falcons matched their win total -- five -- from all of last season. Vick, whose rights were traded from San Diego to Atlanta in 2001, threw for 130 of his 218 yards in the fourth quarter and had a hand in all three Atlanta TDs. Atlanta ended the Chargers' two-game winning streak and kept them from matching their win total from last season.
