INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEER
Ruth Adams of the Help Hotline Crisis Center, for her more than 5,000 hours of volunteer work.
Neoma McDowell of Sisters of Serenity, for her work in guiding teen girls in life choices.
Willie Williams of the Northside Eagle Eye Block Watch, for her work organizing the most recent National Night Out and neighborhood cleanups over the years.
PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL
Dave Nelson of Animal Charity, for his work investigating animal abuse cases.
PROFESSIONAL GROUP
The Adult Protective Services Unit of Mahoning County Job and Family Services, for its work with senior citizens.
INTEGRITY AWARD*
Charles Blackwell, a 12-year-old who last year found $1,500 and turned the money over to Warren police. He received the cash when nobody claimed the money.
VISION AWARD*
Edna Pincham, for her foresight in creating the task force and for her work tutoring students through the Pincham Initiative Resource Center.
