Banc Corp. pays dividend
CANFIELD -- Farmers National Banc Corp. declared a 2 percent stock dividend, payable Nov. 30, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 12. This dividend marks the 29th consecutive year that the parent company of Farmers National Bank paid this type of dividend.
Chamber to sponsorsmall-business seminar
LIBERTY -- A seminar on taking advantage of government financing programs will be from 8 a.m. to noon Thursday at the Holiday Inn MetroPlex. It is sponsored by the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber's small-business support network and ADP.
Topics will include business enterprise zones, job creation tax credits and work force development. Speakers will include Julie Michael Smith, the governor's regional economic development representative; Sean Corson, international trade adviser for the state; Walter Good of the chamber; and T.
