HOLIDAY HAPPENING Stambaugh Pillars to hold fashion show



A variety of prizes will be raffled at the event..
YOUNGSTOWN -- The Stambaugh Pillars will hold its eighth annual Holiday Fashion Show luncheon Nov. 3 at the Stambaugh Auditorium ballroom, 1000 Fifth Ave.
A social hour will begin at 10 a.m. followed by lunch at 11:30 and the show at 1 p.m. Reservations are $30 per person, and tables of eight are available. The event will include a cash bar and raffle.
Invitations have been mailed, but anyone desiring to attend may do so by calling (330) 747-5175 or by visiting the second-floor payment office at Dillard's Department Store.
The event also will feature special guest appearances by designer representatives Kim Milleman, account executive of Dana Buchman; Ray Fiedler, senior sales coordinator for Austin Reed; and Annamarie Mixer, account executive from Eileen Fisher.
Prizes for the raffle will include a $500 shopping spree, a $300 shoe-shopping spree, three designer baskets, a designer outfit and 30 other prizes. Tickets are $1 each or six for $5, and are available at the auditorium.
In charge
Jeanne Simeone and Jo-Ann Iaderosa are co-chairmen for the event, and on the committee are Barbara Banks, Carol Desmond, Toni Douglass, Leilani Drake, Jean Guarnieri, Mary Jane Karam, Dorothy Melody, Susan Rupert, Kathleen Rickert, Barbara Tinkham, Phyllis Wilkoff, Valerie Zurawick and Joyce Bernstine. Honorary chairman is Robert Klein, store manager of Dillard's, which sponsors the event.
The Stambaugh Pillars organization is devoted to raising funds for the restoration of the auditorium.
