Springfield won its ninth Inter-County League match.
AUSTINTOWN -- Jessica Evans scored 20 points, with 16 kills, 15 blocks and 12 assists Thursday as the Austintown Fitch High volleyball team defeated Boardman, 25-22, 25-17, 25-21, in a Federal League match.
For the Falcons (12-10, 6-4), Chrissy Sefcik had 13 points, six kills and a block while Caitlin O'Patchen had 12 points, 16 assists, three kills and six blocks.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Michelle Pelini had 19 hits, nine kills and 14 points for the Cardinals (16-4).
Taylor Pancoe had nine hits, five kills and 13 points while Danielle Daltorio 16 serves, six aces and seven points. Dayna Daltorio had 12 serves, three aces, three kills and 12 points.

POLAND -- Bridget Hennon collected six kills, 14 points and five aces for the Bulldogs (14-8, 9-3 Metro Athletic Conference).
Mollie Patrick added 10 points, 10 digs and 12 assists.
For Niles, Alyssa Suchow had five kills and Ashley Byrom added five saves and seven points.

NORTH LIMA -- Lindsay Johnson paced the Tigers (17-5, 9-1 Inter-County League) with 13 kills, three aces and eight blocks. Krista Snyder had two aces and 27 assists.

MINERAL RIDGE -- Megan Whitmer paced Jackson-Milton (9-10, 3-5 ICL) with 21 serves, three aces and 14 assists.

For the Rams (13-8, 4-5), Alex Ladd had 19 points and two aces, and Abbey Kiger had 14 kills.

LOWELLVILLE -- Tekla Toman scored 19 points, with two aces, 14 kills, 12 digs and two assists to pace the Blue Devils (15-7, 7-3 ICL). Andrea Martin had 15 points, two aces, seven kills and 12 digs.
Rachel Mariotti led the Rockets (1-9 ICL) with eight kills, six digs and nine blocks. Kathy Peterson had nine kills and seven digs.

LEETONIA -- Jen Yokley finished with 20 points and 15 digs for the Bulldogs (11-8, 9-5 Tri-County League).
Amanda Mesmer added 13 kills and six blocks.
For the Bears (7-13, 3-11), Malorie Valentine collected 12 points, eight kills and 11 digs.
Jessica Fiehler had nine kills.
