FAST FACTS | Third presidential debate
President Bush and Democratic Sen. John Kerry will meet for their third and final presidential debate tonight at Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz.:
When: 9 p.m. EDT.
TV coverage: Most major news networks will carry the debates live. Fox will air a baseball playoff game.
Moderator: Bob Schieffer of CBS News.
Setup: The focus will be on economic and domestic policy. As in the first debate, the candidates will appear at lecterns.
A candidate has two minutes to respond to a question, after which the other candidate has up to 1 1/2 minutes. The moderator may extend discussion of that question for one minute, calling first upon the candidate who first received the question.
