XCANTON -- The marriage of Kherry Kathleen Wirtz and Marc David DeLorenzo was solemnized by the Rev. Brad Helman during a ceremony at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at St. Michael the Archangel Church.
After a reception at Brookside Country Club, the couple left on a wedding trip to the Hawaiian island of Maui.
The bride is a daughter of John and Colleen Wirtz of Canton, and parents of the groom are Donald and Gloria DeLorenzo, 525 Gardenridge Court, Boardman.
Beading enhanced the V-neckline of the bride's satin gown, and the skirt flowed into a chapel train.
Mocha-colored gowns were worn by Patricia Bower, the bride's sister and honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Brandy Alford, Laurie Karn, Kelli Gowdy, Amy Ishee and Julie DeLorenzo, the groom's sister-in-law. Flower girl was Mia Alford.
Best man was the groom's brother, Michael DeLorenzo, and groomsmen were Jeffrey Rodgers; Jeffrey Tucci; Robert Garasic; James Bower, the bride's brother-in-law; and Sean Wirtz, her brother. Ring bearer was Jason DeLorenzo, the groom's nephew and godson.
The bride, a health-promotions coordinator with the American Cancer Society in Columbus, attended Miami University at Oxford. The groom earned a bachelor's degree in accounting at Miami and a master's at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. He is the manager in investor relations with Cardinal Health in Dublin.
The couple live at 231 Tiller Drive, Powell.
