XCLEVELAND -- After a honeymoon on the Hawaiian island of Maui, Brian Neff and his bride, the former Debbie Malarcik, are living at 16108 Southland Ave.
The couple were married Sept. 11 during a 2 p.m. ceremony at Our Lady of Angels Church and were honored afterward at a reception at LaCentre in Westlake.
The Rev. John Cregan presided at the ceremony for the daughter of Donald and Evelyn Malarcik, 3671 Highmeadow Drive, Canfield, and the son of Ralph and Debbie Neff, 411 Pemberton, Elyria.
The bride's strapless gown of off-white silk was embellished with embroidery and rhinestones.
Wine-colored gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Diane Malarcik of Las Vegas, and the bridesmaids, Cindy Antos of Pittsburgh, Leslie Mediate of Boardman and Alisa Malarcik of Akron, the bride's sister-in-law. Flower girl was the groom's cousin, Jordan Laird of Medina.
Dan Spahr of Cleveland was best man, and groomsmen were the groom's brothers, Douglas Neff of Oakland, Calif., and John Neff of Ferndale, Mich., and the bride's brother, Don Malarcik of Akron. Ring bearer was the groom's cousin, Joshua Sagester of Cleveland.
The bride earned a bachelor's degree at Kent State University and a master's at Cambridge College in Boston. She is a teacher in Cleveland schools.
The groom graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a bachelor's degree and is in medical sales with Utah Medical Products of Cleveland.
