XYOUNGSTOWN -- Mill Creek Park was the setting at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 4 as Carrie Ann Rummell and Brian Anthony Votino were united in marriage by the Rev. John Gargano.
A reception was held later at Ciminero's Banquet Centre in Niles to honor the daughter of Jackie Galizio, 3450 Breezeknoll Drive, and Robert Rummell, 4175 S. Duckcreek Road, North Jackson, and the son of Steve Votino, 1605 Roosevelt Ave., Niles, and Marie Votino, 424 McKinley Blvd., McDonald.
The bride's sleeveless, A-line gown of chiffon was enhanced with beading at the neckline.
Wearing navy-blue gowns were the honor attendant, Amy Knight, and the bridesmaids, Pamela Dailey, Hope Rummell, Tiffiny Rummell, Danielle Long and Melissa Spain. Flower girl was Miranda Rummell.
The duties of best man were performed by Stephen Votino, and groomsmen were Christopher Votino, Craig Votino, Freddie Votino, Michael Scott, and Jason Rummell. Ring bearer was Cory Rummell, and ushers were P.J. Kearney and Nick Galizio.
The bride, a branch manager with Robert Half International in Boardman, graduated summa cum laude from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in applied science.
The groom attended Indian River College in Fort Pierce, Fla., and is self-employed at Main Street Auto Brokers in Niles.
After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple live at 6907 Highland Ave. S.W., Warren.
