Youngstown State University celebrates Homecoming Week Monday through Oct. 16. Among the events:
Professional Geography Night: 6 to 9 p.m. Monday, Ohio Room, Kilcawley Center. A panel discussion on geography-related careers.Careers in English: Noon to 2 p.m. Monday in the Kilcawley Center; will include a panel of professional alumni representing a variety of careers from the fields of English, journalism, professional writing and editing, and Web communications. Panel members will discuss their careers, give job search tips and strategies on how to best prepare for a career.Careers in Dietetics: 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Room 3112 of Cushwa Hall; includes a panel of alumni representing a variety of careers in the fields of dietetics and dietetic technician discussing their careers, giving job search tips and strategies on how to best prepare for a career.Hall of Fame Program: Induction ceremony, 10:50 a.m. Oct. 16, Chestnut Room, Kilcawley Center, including buffet breakfast, 10:45-11:45 a.m. Hall of Fame inductees: DeBartolo-York family (contributor), Donna Djorovic (women's basketball), Mona Jackson (women' track and field), Reggie Kemp (men's basketball), Angelo Pezzuolo (football), Randy Smith (football), Lester Weaver (football).
