XITAM Auxiliary will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the club rooms. Josephine Croutch will preside, and hostesses will be Joanne Malys and Phyllis Zizzo. Dues are now payable.
CLASSES
XChaney High School January and June Classes of 1948 will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Charly's in Austintown for lunch. Spouses and guests are welcome.
XWoodrow Wilson High School January and June Classes of 1947 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Denny's in Boardman. No reservations are required.
CLUBS
XAustintown Homemakers Club will meet at 10 a.m. Thursday at Margaret Kollmorgan's home. Members will carpool to Second Harvest Food Bank, 2805 Salt Springs Road, where they will take a tour. Lunch will follow at Dino's.
XMahoning Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution will meet at noon Monday at A La Cart Catering in Canfield. A talk on "Implications of Malpractice Insurance' will be given by Dr. Suman Mishr. Donations will be accepted for the Tamassee DAR School.
XMcDonald Parents of Performing Arts will meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the senior citizens room at the post office building.

XGirard Golden Eagles will meet at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Girard Free Library, 105 E. Prospect St.
GUILDS
XMcDonald Literary Guild will meet at 8 p.m. Thursday at Woodland Park United Methodist Church.
XWestern Reserve Knitting Guild will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Fair Park in Canfield. The program will be knitting socks and a contest. Members should take two small balls of worsted-weight yarn in two colors and two straight, short needles.
LIBRARY FRIENDS
XFriends of Boardman Library will meet at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the community room at the library. The program by Dean Lysowski, a Boardman police officer, will be presented on the importance of the Canine Division. Guests and new members are welcome. Annual dues of $5 may be paid at the meeting. XD.A.R.E. members will go bowling at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Boardman Lanes. A dance is planned for 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Choices in Liberty, and dance lessons are available at 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at a cost of $5 each day. Biking at Kirk Road also is planned for 6:30 p.m. Monday. Installation of officers will be held at a meeting at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Boardman Christian Church. XSingle For Any Reason will have a reunion hayride and cookout at 5 p.m. Saturday. Members are to take a covered dish to share. The group also will go to the Austintown Eagles from 9 p.m. to midnight that day. Dinner is planned for 6 p.m. Monday at IHOP in Niles, and the shuffleboard league will meet at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday at the Warren Eagles.

VETERANS
XAmerican Legion Posts 732 and 504, 2225 Glenwood Ave., Youngstown, has the following weekly activities: Monday, "Monday Night Football" featuring free food; Wednesday, wing dings and fries for $2.50; and Friday, fish and fries for $5.50. Hours are 8 p.m. to midnight all three days. The groups will sponsor a birthday party from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Oct. 16 honoring the commander, Lester Darnell. There will be free food and dancing.
